Sakura Massage is the place I send people to when they want something a notch above the corner shop without paying resort-spa money. I found it on my second week living near the beach, and I keep coming back because the therapists here are genuinely skilled and the My Khe location means I can walk over after a swim. It's the kind of spot that feels looked-after, not churned out.
This isn't AI. I'm based in Vietnam and write these from real visits — I check out each place myself.
What to expect
My go-to here is the aromatherapy oil massage, and what I like is that the therapists pace it properly — they don't rush the back and then skim everything else. If you carry tension in your neck and shoulders like I do, tell them and they'll spend real time there.
They also do a hot-stone option that's worth it if you're sore from a long travel day. The sessions feel complete and unhurried, and I've never walked out feeling like I got the conveyor-belt version. That consistency is the main reason it's on my regular list.
The space and service
The interior is clean and a little more designed than the average neighborhood place, with private rooms, dim warm lighting, and that quiet hush you actually want from a spa. Everything is tidy and the towels are always fresh.
The staff are warm and attentive without crowding you. Someone usually speaks enough English to sort out what treatment you want and how firm you like it. Tea and a short rest at the end are part of the deal, and nobody pushes you out the door.
Location & getting there
Sakura sits right around My Khe Beach, so if you're staying at one of the beachfront hotels you can probably walk there in a few minutes. From the city center it's a quick Grab ride, rarely more than ten minutes. The beach is right there, which makes it easy to pair a swim with a massage in the same afternoon, which is exactly how I usually do it.
