Su Sauna is my downtown reset button. After a long stretch of travel or a few too many late nights, I head here for the full sauna-and-scrub routine and come out feeling like a new person. It's a proper Korean-style bathhouse experience right in central Da Nang, and once I tried it I understood why people make it a weekly habit.
This isn't AI. I'm based in Vietnam and write these from real visits — I check out each place myself.
What to expect
The routine I follow is simple: rotate through the hot and cold rooms to loosen everything up, then get the body scrub, which is the real headline here. It's a proper exfoliating treatment, the kind that genuinely sloughs off a whole trip's worth of travel grime and leaves your skin smooth.
After that I'll sit in the warm room and just do nothing for a while, which is honestly half the appeal. It's relaxation and a deep clean rolled into one. If you've never done a Korean-style scrub before, this is a good, comfortable place to try it.
The space and service
The facilities are clean and well-maintained, with separate hot and cold areas, showers, and quiet rest spots to cool down between rounds. It's functional and tidy rather than glitzy, which is exactly what you want from a bathhouse.
The staff keep things orderly and are used to first-timers, so they'll point you in the right direction if you're unsure of the flow. The scrub attendants are thorough and professional. A little basic English or pointing gets you through, and the whole place runs smoothly.
Location & getting there
Su Sauna is in downtown Da Nang, so it's central and quick to reach by Grab from just about anywhere in the city, including the My Khe beach hotels, usually around ten to fifteen minutes. Being downtown, it's easy to fold into a day in the center — I'll often do the sauna and then head straight out for dinner nearby, fully refreshed.
